Cancel/Refund Policy Statement: All payments to CultureValue are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Culture Value has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our tour price competitive.  

Payment options:

You can submit your payment through Venmo at @CultureValue or through Zelle at danae@culturevalue.org. Please let us know if these payment options do not work for you and we will accommodate you using a different payment method. We also accept checks. Please remit to: CultureValue, LLC, PO Box 620307, Oviedo, FL 32762-0307.

Upon completion of your payment, you’ll receive a welcome packet which will include a Release of Liability document you’ll be required to sign. In addition, CultureValue highly recommends obtaining Travel Insurance that can help provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Some recommended vendors are Travel Guard, TravelEx, or AllianzTravel Insurance.
